- All domestic and international orders are sent via Australia Post within 48 hours of placement and once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a receipt number. Australian customers should allow 7-14 days for delivery and International customers should allow 14-21 days for delivery.

Absolutely not, we respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless it's an absolutely necessity in completing your transaction.How secure is the information I supply?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us. It is important for you to protect you password and your computer from unauthorised access. Always be sure to log off the 'Golden Era Records Store' when you have completed your transactions by using the link in the top right hand corner of your screen.- Returns & Replacements
We are happy to accept returned goods if any order arrives damaged. The customer will be offered a full refund or store credit. However we will only offer a full refund or store credit if the goods are returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Ordering
- You can browse the different categories by clicking on them near the top of the page.
- When you are browsing a category, you can view further information on each item by clicking on the 'View item details' button underneath the item thumbnail.
- To add an item to your shopping cart click on the 'Add to cart' button which is found underneath the item's short description. You can specify the size and colour of any clothing item.
- The contents of your shopping cart can be found in the panel on the right at all times. You can increase quantity, remove items and view your accumulated total on this panel.
- To proceed to checkout simply click on the 'Checkout' button which can be found either next to the 'Add to cart ' button or at the bottom of your shopping cart panel.
- At the checkout you must enter your shipping address and contact information. If you have made a purchase before and have chosen to store your information for future purchases, you can login using your email address and password. The login form is found on every page at the top.
- Once you have completed your shipping and contact info, you can review a breakdown of your shopping cart. The only payment method we now offer is by credit card.
- Your order should be placed! You will receive an email with the order information.

Customers can now only pay by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
- Viewing Orders
All of your orders can be viewed by via the MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner.
To cancel an order, please email store@goldenerarecords.com.au, quoting the order number which was issued when you made your order, stating that you wish to do so.

- Downloading Music
If you are experiencing issues downloading MP3 tracks and are using the Firefox browser, please log into your account using another browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, etc) to download your purchased tracks
